The Role
As Assistant Venue Manager, you will manage daily operations, train staff, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth daily operations of the Venue
* Recruit and train the team to be successful
* Work alongside the Venue Manager to ensure high-level customer satisfaction
* Maintain health and safety protocols
Requirements:
* Relative certificates including RSA and RMLV
* Experience in creating memorable experiences in a high-volume venue
* Competent in running shifts and training staff
* High level of attention to detail and forward-thinking professional
* Great communication skills and be fun, dynamic, and outgoing
