Construction Supervisor | Build Well. Lead Well. One Team.
We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor who values quality work, clear communication, and doing the right thing by their team and clients.
This role suits someone who leads by example, earns respect on site, and can move comfortably between the office, trades, consultants, and clients.
You'll manage residential, commercial, and aged care projects across multiple sites, with the backing of a supportive leadership and robust administrative team using clear systems.

What you'll be doing
* Leading site teams with clarity, respect, and accountability.
* Coordinating trades, suppliers, and programmes to keep work flowing.
* Maintaining quality and our FSC accredited Workplace Health & Safety systems.
* Communicating clearly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Managing multiple projects without cutting corners.
* Getting hands-on when needed because teamwork matters.
What we're looking for
* 7+ years' experience as a Construction Supervisor.
* Demonstrated leadership experience with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
* Naturally extroverted, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations.
* Comfortable with managing budgets, identifying cost variations or blowouts well in advance.
* Strong residential and commercial construction background.
* Government or aged care project experience highly regarded.
* Advanced MS Project skills.
* Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and codes.
* Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and will commit to upholding our FSC accreditation.
* Confident managing trades and multiple sites.
* Trade qualification or Diploma of Building & ConstructionWhite Card, Working at Heights, Builders Registration preferred.
* Current C Class Driver's Licence.
* Strong IT capability with a clear understanding of construction programmes and Microsoft office programs (excel, word, sharepoint etc).
* Ability to read, interpret, and communicate contractual documents, plans, and specifications.
