Are you passionate about administration, quality assurance, risk management, and improving service standards in the disability and community services sector?
Carers Collective is a fast-paced and innovative disability provider. We work together in an open plan office, where no two days are ever the same, and we are looking to add a dedicated Quality Advisor to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct internal audits using a risk-based approach and ensure compliance with NDIS and industry standards.
* Drive quality assurance initiatives to enhance service delivery and best practices.
* Monitor and mitigate risks, leading improvement activities and practice forums.
* Develop and review support plans, evacuation procedures, and risk assessments.
* Analyse data trends and provide insights to enhance service quality and compliance.
About You:
* Qualified professional with tertiary education in allied health, social work, nursing, or business.
* Experience in risk and quality management within NDIS, disability, or community services.
* Strong auditing and compliance knowledge with an eye for detail.
* Data-driven thinker with the ability to interpret and act on insights.
* Collaborative team player who can also work independently.

Essential Requirements:
* Advanced computer skills (Word & Excel).
* QLD Driver's Licence.
* Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
