Your Role To succeed in this role, you will combine technical lending expertise with strong relationship-building skills. Key responsibilities include: - Providing expert mortgage and lending advice to clients - Building solid relationships with Peard Real Estate Sales Associates - Attending weekend home opens to connect with prospective buyers and generate leads - Managing loan applications from enquiry through to settlement - Delivering a high level of customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships Our centralised lead generation system connects directly with Peard Real Estate's sales and property management clients, providing you with quality opportunities and referrals.
