Orbost Regional Health is seeking applications from Enrolled / Registered Nurses interested in joining the District Nursing team.
Position overview and responsibilities :
You will be part of a team that provides high quality person-centred care to clients in the community.
The application must be able to meet the following key selection criteria;
Be proficient at determining clinical deterioration
Have excellent physical assessment skills
Have a sound understanding of wound management
Experience at managing palliative care in the community
Competent at managing PICCS and Ports
Have excellent verbal communication skills
Good IT skills
Required Qualifications :
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority as a Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse
