The Partnerships Support Coordinator plays a key role in the administrative management of both international and domestic education partnerships. This includes overseeing contract-related tasks, ensuring compliance with agreements, and maintaining accurate partner records. The role also involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders—locally and globally—including faculties, business units, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide secretariat support for partnership governance groups, including coordination and documentation
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance and quality assurance
* Maintain accurate records, support the development of new resources and assist in managing partner contracts and monitoring performance
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of partnership management practices across the University
* Work as part of a highly supportive and collaborative team environment.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in secretarial, governance, or quality and compliance-based positions.

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
* Previous exposure to secretarial, governance, or compliance-focused roles (highly desirable)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with an appreciation for cultural sensitivities in multicultural environments
