The Elite Group position opportunity.
Elite Digital Engineering is part of the Elite Group. The Elite Group is made up of three key surveying sectors of the construction industry, Digital Engineering & Design, Engineering & Hydrographic Survey & Marine Construction.
This role will include the following;
Working predominantly at the Caringbah office and various sites as required.
Work under experienced surveyors to develop your skill sets in 3d scanning, mobile scanning both field work and office reductions, 3d modeling and other point cloud software.
You will be trained in Point Cloud registration and modelling, you will be working with many other professionals of the Elite Group and its clients. You will be supported in your ambitions in the field of Digital Engineering.
To be considered for this role the following abilities are considered to be favorable but not mandatory,
Applicants must hold a Certificate or Diploma qualification.
* Advanced Revit modelling - skills drafting, family and content creation, dynamo scripting, BIM, parametric design,
* Processing point cloud data,
* AutoCAD, Civil3D, 12D,
* Rhino/Grasshopper - coding experience, scripting, and automating the extraction of data across various platforms,
* Experience with as-built modelling off-point clouds,
* A general interest in finding ways to solve problems in the AEC sector through technology and innovative processes,
* Effective at critical thinking and problem-solving.
* Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in BIM or 3D modelling.
