Administration Support Role
The Administration Support role is a hands-on position that involves a high volume of day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Greeting clients, answering calls and managing messages professionally are key aspects of this role.
* Responsibilities also include updating staff absences, ordering stationery and managing the staff kitchen area.
* The successful candidate will provide IT support, handle mail, conduct external rounds, manage filing and set up meeting rooms.
* Additionally, they will book catering, support office events, manage courier bookings and deliveries, and provide building & security maintenance when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience providing admin support and office service, excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills and strong teamwork skills.
