Your primary responsibility as a Foreman will be to oversee the Spray Seal Crew, which involves managing team performance, emphasising safety, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence. As a Foreman, you will focus on developing your crew and ensuring the delivery of projects with an industry-leading service.
Your day will involve:
* Lead, manage, and motivate an asphalt spray seal crew to complete projects on time and within budget
* Coordinate daily operations including equipment usage, material delivery, scheduling and reporting
* Ensure safety compliance and enforce company policies on site
* Communicate effectively with clients
* Train and mentor crew members
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in an asphalt spray seal crew
* General Construction Induction Card (White card)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
