Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Property Managers to join our client's Service Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an APS employee looking to take on a 12-month S26 transfer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will :
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to required standards.
* Conduct inspections, identify tenant liability, and coordinate property preparation for new occupants.
* Arrange and oversee maintenance services within allocated budgets, including raising work orders, monitoring progress, and authorising payments.
* Accurately maintain property management systems and ensure properties are returned for tenancy within required timeframes.
* Provide responsive, high‑quality customer service and escalates complex issues when required.
* Work collaboratively within a regional team environment to deliver on service outcomes.

* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to balance business needs, compliance, and best practice.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* High‑level organisational skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Capacity to quickly acquire knowledge of government processes, relevant legislation, and organisational systems.
