Together, we define change, and in doing so, we grow our diverse talent while building something to be proud of.About the roleThe Group Product Manager role is responsible for developing a cohesive vision and strategic direction for several multi-disciplinary teams and/or a group of products or services. It’s responsible for establishing an effective product team culture and capability to support the development and management of Service NSW products which deliver meaningful customer value and deliver policy and government objectives.Your responsibilities will include:Lead a group of passionate product managers, mentoring and growing them to achieve their personal goals as well as those of the organisation.Establish the group’s vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps, considering success metrics and go-to-market strategies.Ensure that products or initiatives with high levels of risk are identified and these risks are addressed at the right time to enable timely delivery.Focus on creating connected teams across multiple product portfolios, communicating effectively at all levels, internally and externally.Ask the right questions, help the teams craft solutions and deliver validated digital products to our users.Communicate clearly with everyone to continuously improve how you work together and ensure everyone is happy, productive, efficient, and operating with our customers’ interests at our core.Who would be a perfect fit for this role:Someone who enjoys bringing a group of Product Managers together through facilitation.Someone who brings a balanced, holistic, and flexible mindset to product development.Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity.
