With a strong track record of business development experience in Corporate / MNCs, you will have the skills and expertise to succeed in this role. You will collaborate closely with our Operations team and offshore team to support client onboarding and ensure seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and land high-value multi-national company new logos to expand our customer base and increase market share.
* Nurture leads and develop initial relationships with prospects, applying product and market knowledge to sell insightful solutions.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for new logo acquisition to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
* Ensure timely, seamless transitions of leads from Marketing Development Reps, providing regular feedback on lead quality.
* Leverage Subject Matter Experts to provide technical expertise and negotiate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Legal or Company Secretarial qualification (highly desirable).
* A minimum of 7 years of B2B Business Development experience in Corporate / MNCs.
* Experience and success in a similar sales/business development role.
* Commercial knowledge of payroll, accounting and/or company secretarial services.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, prospect, convert and deliver new revenue.
