Job Title
As a WHS Advisor, you will play a critical role in elevating safety across diverse marine operational sites.
You will lead and support safety initiatives across multiple sites, conduct ICAM investigations and drive continuous improvement, deliver high-quality audits as a Lead Auditor, and partner with site leaders to understand and respond to unique challenges each site faces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support safety initiatives across multiple sites.
* Conduct ICAM investigations and drive continuous improvement.
* Deliver high-quality audits as a Lead Auditor.
* Partner with site leaders to understand and respond to unique challenges each site faces.
* Upskill operational teams and communicate the "why" behind safety practices.
* Promote a proactive safety culture—not just enforce rules.
* Maintain strong Microsoft Office competency for reporting and communication.
* Travel to operational sites as required.
Requirements:
* A diploma in Work Health and Safety (minimum requirement).
* On-water tickets—Coxswains NC1 or NC2 desirable.
* High Risk Work Licenses—relevant to operational environments.
* A proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
* A passion for coaching and empowering teams.
