**Career Development Program**
- **Entry Level**_ > _Base _$50k - $65k (+ Uncapped weekly commissions + Bonus )
**Team Leader** > $80k - $120k ( + Uncapped weekly commissions + Bonus )
**Executive Manager** > $150k - $250 ( + Bonus )
