Project Management Opportunities
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and manage the delivery of large infrastructure and building construction projects for Defence clients.
The role will involve managing client relationships, leading teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Defence clients and stakeholders.
* Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators to achieve project goals.
* Ensure compliance with Defence standards and regulations.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or construction management.
* 10+ years experience in project management, preferably in the defence sector.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.
* Strong understanding of Defence standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Flexibility to travel to Defence sites as required.
