Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
* Provide guidance and support on performance management, coaching stakeholders through any employee-related challenges.
* Oversight of the entire talent lifecycle, from attraction to development.
* Streamline every stage of the employee journey with precision and care, from drafting contracts and onboarding to salary reviews and terminations.
