**The Role**
This is an inbound customer service role, where you will be assisting landlord and tenants with their insurance inquiries. You will work with customers to ensure they are protected, guide them through their claims process and also provide general customer service ensuring ultimate satisfaction. You will be having genuine and real conversations, with a sincere willingness to help and solve problems, by doing right by your clients.

**Requirements**:
- To be considered for this role, you must have experience in customer service
- Call centre experience is a HUGE advantage
