Campaign Manager/Team Operations Manager
Ray White Alliance is seeking a highly capable and driven Campaign Manager / Team Operations Manager to support a top-performing, award-winning Gold Coast sales team as the business enters an exciting phase of growth and expansion.

About the Role
This position is the operational engine room of the team, combining end-to-end campaign management with team operations, leadership and business oversight.
You will work closely with the lead agent to ensure campaigns run seamlessly, systems and processes are optimised, the business continues on a growth trajectory and the team remains focused and progressing in their individual roles.
You will be responsible for managing residential sales campaigns from pre-launch through to settlement, ensuring every detail is executed to a high standard and every client receives an exceptional experience.
This includes preparing properties to go live, coordinating marketing and suppliers, managing vendor and buyer communication, overseeing open homes, and supporting transactions through to settlement.
In addition to the campaign management, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the team.
This includes overseeing workflows, managing KPIs, supporting associates and co-agents, and ensuring the team operations run smoothly and efficently.
You will play a key role in keeping the business on track, driving performance standards, and helping team members grow and progress within their roles.
The role requires a forward-thinking professional who enjoys introducing systems, improving processes and creating structure in a busy environment.

About You
Previous experience in the real estate industry is essential (high-volume or performance team experience highly regarded)
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident managing multiple campaigns, people and priorities simultaneously
Strong communicator who builds trust with clients, agents and suppliers
Comfortable managing KPIs, workflows and accountability across a team
Proactive, solutions-focused and systems-driven
Motivated by growth, learning and long-term career development
Holds, or is willing to obtain, the required QLD Real Estate Certificate and Office of Fair Trading registration
