About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
This is a field-based, client-facing role, where you'll spend most of your time on the road engaging with customers and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Drive revenue growth and identify upselling opportunities Execute account strategies to expand product and service offerings Conduct regular client meetings (face-to-face and virtual) Monitor market trends and competitor activity Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
