Job Description:
As a Home Care Worker, you will deliver personalized support to customers in their own homes. This entails identifying and assessing customer needs, going above and beyond to facilitate their day-to-day living and promoting autonomy.
Your tasks may include personal care, meal preparation, transportation, social support, and domestic assistance. You must be willing to provide personal care services, exhibit a caring and compassionate approach, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
You will work collaboratively as part of a team but also independently, with a degree of responsibility in your position. To fulfill this role, you must possess a comprehensively insured vehicle, complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You', hold current First Aid and CPR qualifications, and maintain a valid unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.
