Marlo Spa is seeking an experienced, skin-focused Beauty Therapist to step into a senior role within our long-established and award-winning spa.
This is a rare opportunity to join a respected business that has been caring for the Sorrento community for 29 years. Located within the beautifully refurbished Hotel Sorrento, we service a loyal local clientele who value expertise, authenticity and results.

We blend cosmeceutical performance with certified organic philosophy and work with brands such as Biodroga, pHformula and Omveda and believe in CIT and LED to enhance the skin.
The Role
As Senior Therapist, you will:
* Perform advanced skin consultations and corrective treatment programs
* Deliver high-level facials with confidence and precision
* Prescribe professional homecare with integrity and depth of knowledge
* Perform massage, body treatments, manicures/pedicures and spa rituals to our established standard
* Support and guide junior therapists where needed
* Uphold the culture of professionalism and client care we are known for
This is a hands-on role for a therapist who takes pride in outcomes and long-term client relationships.
Who We're Looking For
You are:
* Diploma qualified (minimum requirement)
* Highly confident in skin analysis and corrective treatment planning
* Experienced with active ingredients and cosmeceutical systems
* Skilled across both results-based facials and traditional spa therapies
* Professional, grounded and calm
* Naturally consultative rather than sales-driven
* Focused on what truly works, not passing trends
Ideally, you have 5+ years' experience and are ready to step into a position of greater responsibility.
