Risk & Training Administration Coordinator
0.8–1.0 FTE | $65k–$80k + super (pro rata)
Hybrid – Mitcham / Eildon + WFH

We’re seeking a highly organised Risk & Training Administration Coordinator to support our Risk & Training team. If you love structure, detail, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.
About the Role
You’ll provide essential admin support across risk, safety, and training functions, including:
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain policies, procedures, and version control
* Administer incident reports and support audits
* Manage the Skills & Qualifications Database
* Coordinate training schedules, documentation, and communication
* Support RPL/RCC assessments
* Assist with WHS, WorkCover, RTW admin
* Support onboarding for Program team new starters
What You’ll Bring
* Strong administration experience (risk/training/education ideal)
* High-level IT skills (Excel, Word, databases)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Ability to manage competing deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills
* Understanding of WHS or risk frameworks (advantageous)
* Outdoor education experience (nice to have, not essential)
