Job Description
We invite you to express your interest in our Upskill Program. This is a free, training initiative designed to help professional drivers acquire a higher truck license (e.g., upgrading from HR or HC to MC). The program provides training using our simulator, practical experience, and mentorship opportunities, equipping you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in your truck driving career.
Who Should Apply
* Heavy Rigid (HR) licence holders who have held the licence for a minimum of 12 months and are looking to upskill to an MC licence.
* Multi Combination (MC) licence holders eager to gain practical, hands‐on experience operating quad side tippers.
What We Offer

Qualifications
* Based in Geraldton or nearby surrounding areas.
* Current HR or HC truck licence holders.

* Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and excellent driving record.
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and commit.
* Ability to pay for your own testing/licensing.
