We’re looking for aLearning & Onboarding Coordinator to lead the onboarding experience across the group — working closely with our People & Culture team, while reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager. This is a highly visible role with genuine ownership of induction and early-stage development, particularly for our Client Services (Sales Admin) team, and also for new starters across Sales and Business Support .

About the Role
* Coordinating and delivering seamless, high-quality induction programs across all departments
* Taking full ownership of structured, hands-on training for new Client Services team members
* Working alongside an experienced L&D Manager to take the lead in managing and enhancing our Online Learning Management System, ensuring seamless access to training and resources for all staff.
* Conducting ongoing check-ins and providing coaching support throughout their onboarding journey
* Working closely with the People & Culture team to align onboarding with our culture, values, and EVP
* Collaborating with the L&D Manager on strategy and continuous improvement
* Creating onboarding resources, training guides and operational support tools
* Being visible, available and proactive — the go-to for new hires during their early months
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in real estate sales admin, advertising, or campaign coordination
* A deep understanding of the workflows, systems and standards of premium real estate
* A natural ability to train, coach and support others
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence to lead sessions independently while collaborating across teams
* A proactive mindset — you identify gaps and take initiative
* Flexibility to travel across our office network as needed
