* This role is responsible for coordinating the recruitment journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate job requisitions, manage interview scheduling, and resolve systems issues with ease.
* Develop and post engaging job advertisements that reflect our company culture.
* Support new starters by coordinating onboarding steps, pre-employment checks, contracts, and documentation.
* Maintain accurate records across systems, trackers, and files in real-time.
* Collaborate with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver successful hiring outcomes.

* You have previous experience supporting a busy Talent Acquisition or HR team and can handle priorities with confidence.
* You have a solid understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and enjoy keeping things moving behind the scenes.
* You are tech-savvy with experience using recruitment platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* You have completed Year 12 (or equivalent) and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
