Position Vacant – Lifestyle Coordinator (Part-Time)
Prom Country Aged Care is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Lifestyle Program.
Prom Country Aged Care is a community-based residential aged care service located in Foster Victoria. We provide high-quality ageing-in-place residential care services, as well as short-term respite care, for our local community. Our 70-bed home is fully licensed and accredited to Government standards.
About the Role
This position works as part of a dedicated Lifestyle team, delivering engaging recreational activities and programs that meet the social, emotional, and wellbeing needs of our residents, while also supporting accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and evaluate lifestyle and recreational programs
* Support resident wellbeing, choice, and independence
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Ensure programs meet accreditation and quality standards
About You
* Experience in Aged Care (preferred)
* Qualifications in Lifestyle & Health
* A positive, enthusiastic, and resident-focused approach
* Strong communication and organisational skills
