We are seeking a confident and motivated Leasing Executive to join a high-performing residential leasing team on the Gold Coast.
This is a fast-paced, front-of-house role focused on leasing apartments, engaging prospective residents, and converting enquiries into long-term tenancies. If you enjoy meeting people, selling a lifestyle, and working in an environment with strong enquiry volumes, this is an excellent opportunity.
The Role
You will be a key part of the on-site leasing function, responsible for driving leasing outcomes while delivering a standout experience for prospective residents.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting apartment tours and inspections (scheduled and walk-ins)
* Engaging prospective residents and selling the lifestyle and community
* Managing high volumes of leasing enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Following up leads and converting enquiries into signed leases
* Guiding applicants through the leasing and application process
* Completing leasing documentation and move-in coordination
* Working closely with the wider on-site team to ensure a smooth resident journey
About You
You are energetic, organised and commercially minded, with a natural ability to connect with people.
You may come from residential leasing, real estate, hospitality, hotels, retail sales or customer-facing environments.
You will bring:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, results-driven approach to leasing
* Confidence managing multiple enquiries and priorities
* High attention to detail for leasing administration
* A professional and customer-focused attitude
* Real estate or leasing experience is advantageous but not essential
