The Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing our human resources strategy. You will lead the operational delivery of HR and workforce development, including recruitment, learning and development, remuneration, employee relations, and contemporary people practices.
* Cultivate a thriving workforce by embedding systems, policies, and practices that drive strong governance, innovation, and a culture of care.
* Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment.
* You will be accountable for managing employee relations, including payroll services, learning and development, and volunteer placement.
