Zoomlion Australia-New Zealand is growing its Agriculture division and we are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubbo and surrounding regions.
This role suits someone who understands agricultural machinery, enjoys building strong commercial relationships and can confidently engage with high value customers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for driving new business across the agriculture equipment sector while managing and developing relationships with Tier 1 customers.
The role involves strategic planning, market development and representing the Zoomlion brand across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities within the agriculture equipment market
Manage and strengthen relationships with Tier 1 customers
Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in business development or account management with Tier 1 customers
Knowledge of agricultural machinery or heavy equipment
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
A self starter who is organised and commercially focused
Willingness to travel within the region when required
