Responsibilities
Supporting the Lead Technician in the execution of on-site and workshop scopes of work; and, in the absence of a Senior Technician, providing support to the Base Supervisor with job allocation for the following day where required.Responsible for assisting all fellow employees in a supportive manner as an integral part of working as a team.Responsible to complete and maintain a daily diary.Responsible to maintain the cleanliness/tidiness in the immediate area of your work, both in the workshop and on site. Responsible to promote and market Furmanite services, products and business solutions.Responsible to comply with the Quality System for the supply of services and products to our clients in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.Responsible to comply with Furmanite company policies and procedures, as varied from time to time.
Requirements
With Fitter & Turner, or Fitter Machinist or other relevant skillTrade certificate is highly preferableMust hold a valid Australian Driver’s License.Must hold a Construction CardAbility to work Onshore, offshore and on remote site.Ability to work shift workAbility to set priorities and work to deadlines.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Good written and verbal communication in the English languageComputer literacy an advantage.
