This is your opportunity to join Australia’s only Luxury Retail Media Network in a newly created role as Campaign and Experience Executive, David Jones, Amplify at Medium Rare Content. A media opportunity like no other, with a full-funnel media and marketing proposition that has just unlocked 50% new screens designed to help non-supplier brands connect with premium, purchase-ready consumers both in-store, online and offsite. David Jones has invested 250 million into its customer experience from the landmark partnership with Qantas Loyalty where you and earn and use Qantas Frequent Flyer Points to an investment into its retail media proposition, enhancing its subscriber base to the roll out of the most premium screen network. David Jones is leading the market in securing non-supplier ad revenue so we are seeking a highly creative, solution-focused and organised professional with experience in premium retail, outdoor or owned media networks, campaign and inventory management to support the National Sales team in the delivery of best-in-class partnerships As the Campaign and Experience Executive, David Jones, Amplify, you’ll lead and own the implementation and optimisation of our retail media campaigns end-to-end that support our overall commercial goal. You’ll build strong relationships with experiential third-party providers and agency partners in streamlining our experience-led solutions, such as visual merchandising hot spots and storefront windows on Elizabeth Street and Bourke Street. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end management and delivery of retail media campaigns, including both in-store and online channels. This involves campaign booking, media planning, execution, and optimisation. Manage the logistics and execution of pop-up retail media campaigns, working closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and impactful customer experiences. Manage systems and reporting from campaign measurement, lead the inventory management system VAMS, salesforce and adoption of new financial CRM for financial reporting Updating of site cards, media kits and external collateral Identify production efficiencies and overcome barriers to success to ensure optimum campaign delivery and client satisfaction Who are you? You are a strategic thinker with a passion for retail media who gets a thrill out of building new business opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in managing successful media campaigns. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage client relationships is second to none. You are detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your customer-centric approach ensures that challenges are addressed promptly to maintain client satisfaction and project momentum. Proven experience in campaign management, retail marketing, shopping centre or category/partnerships roles within luxury, retail or media/experiential agency environments – minimum 2 years. Strong understanding of media channel planning, inventory and commercialisation management strategies. A creative thinker who can piece together a brand's attributes into an exceptional media plan that brings the brand to life. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools to manage pipelines, track campaign performance and inform sales strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
