We are seeking an experienced Manager, Quality, Safety & Risk to lead our Quality, Safety and Risk Unit and strengthen governance, accreditation, risk management and safety across the organisation.
About the Role
You will:
* Lead quality, safety and reporting systems
* Drive continuous improvement and accreditation compliance
* Oversee risk management and document control
* Manage research partnerships and stakeholder engagement
* Lead and develop employees to achieve strategic outcomes
You bring:
* A highly skilled leader with a Diploma or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
* Demonstrating strong motivation, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement to drive improvement.
* Knowledge of clinical governance and/or quality systems, organisational risk management, and applying relevant legislation in a primary health care and/or similar sector.
* Adept at senior‑level negotiation, change management, strategic planning, and clear goal setting.
* Possesses advanced communication, presentation and relationship skills, with a pragmatic, responsive approach.
* Brings sound understanding of Aboriginal culture, associated social and health issues, and Workplace Health and Safety principles.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a community/service industry.
