Assessor - National Panel of Assessors

As a National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Assessor, you play a critical role in helping people with disability thrive in employment. Your expertise ensures fair, accurate, and person-centred assessments
What your day looks like
* Conduct OSA for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants
* Conduct SWS productivity assessments at participant workplaces
* AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC registered allied health assessors may conduct WMS assessments in conjunction with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)
* Assess workplace barriers and recommend modifications to support inclusion
* Deliver high-quality, timely reports
* Liaise with participants, employers, and providers to ensure fair, person-centred outcomes

What you’ll bring
* Diploma or higher qualification in allied health, disability, or related field
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the disability sector
* Strong interpersonal, assessment, and report writing skills
* Ability to work independently, reliably, and within strict timeframes
* Sound IT literacy and commitment to data security
* Eligible to work in Australia, with current driver licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Mandatory pre-employment checks which include background verification will be conducted
* ABN and adequate insurance – MUST HAVE
