Scanlan Architects is an expanding and highly respected boutique architectural and interior design studio with a strong design ethos and a current workload over a diverse range of dynamic projects. Our practice has a strong commitment to teamwork with an emphasis on a cooperative and collaborative office and we are seeking an experienced Revit documenter to join our office to be part of a team involved with the delivery of large residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Production of highly detailed construction drawings using Revit including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details based on the development approval drawings.
* Participate in coordination of consultants' drawings, accurately read and integrate them into architectural documents.
* Ensure documentation produced is of the highest standard, accurate, meets the Client's brief and adheres to relevant authority codes, standards and approvals.
Qualifications
* Sound technical knowledge including NCC, Australian Standards, R-codes, State and Local Government regulatory requirements.
* A high level of experience with Revit and Adobe suite.
* Proven ability to work under pressure, accurately estimate and meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality service.
* Minimum 7 years' experience in documentation of high‑rise buildings.
* Possess strong analytical skills with a problem‑solving approach to construction and documentation processes.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills, with an ability to meet strict project deadlines.
* Knowledge of the Perth construction industry and building technique is highly regarded.
* A positive attitude, strong work‑ethic and enjoy the challenge presented in complex construction detailing and documentation.
Remuneration will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
