Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to provide high-level secretariat support to the Annual Scientific Congress Planning and Review Committee and the Organising Committees. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meeting agendas and documents, minutes, and ensuring actions are completed.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member in supporting the delivery of the Annual Scientific Congress. As a Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating events, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
* Prepare meeting agendas and documents, minutes.
* Coordinate arrangements for new Fellows' attendances for the Convocation Ceremony.
* Liaise with members of the Stage Party, including overseas College Presidents, Medical College Presidents, Specialty Society Presidents, and RACS Councillors for attendance at the Convocation Ceremony.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
