Transition Manager for IT Projects
This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst/Functional Analyst to oversee the transition of IT projects into business operations.

In this 6-month contract, you will support operational readiness, develop key documentation, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful transition of IT projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and execute the transition process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This includes developing and implementing effective transition strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
