Retail Duty Manager – Warragul

Part‐time, ongoing role (10 hours per week) – Wednesday & Thursday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, on‐site at St Vincent de Paul Society Warragul shop.

Hourly rate: $29.70 base rate.

St Vincent de Paul Society has been providing practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria for more than 170 years. Services include soup vans, education programmes, home visitation programmes and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), assisting vulnerable communities such as people experiencing homelessness, housing crisis, family violence and the elderly.

• Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers
• Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets
• Training and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers

About You

You are a truly inspirational leader who is well regarded for their communication skills and their ability to coach and mentor their team. Retail to you is second nature and if you can channel your extensive experience into directly contributing to the community it is a win‐win for everyone.

Qualifications and Experience

• A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
• Retail management experience with a real focus on people
• Proven retail sales experience with a drive to beat sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• A 'Can Do' proactive attitude and positive team spirit
