Regional Growth Strategist
The role of the Regional Growth Strategist is to drive growth across multiple markets, including manufacturing, aeronautical, mining, automotive, and military. This position focuses on expanding distribution channels—direct to market, resellers, and distributors—while developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and create compelling value propositions for customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and distribution of high-value tools regionally.
* Identify and establish new distribution channels, including tool shops and industrial supply companies.
* Collaborate with existing distributors to improve brand positioning and market penetration.
* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail and B2B environments.
* Provide technical sales support and product training to distributors and end-users.
* Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in a business-related field or alternative trade background with significant technical sales experience.
* Proven experience in technical sales within both retail and B2B environments.
* Strong understanding of distribution channel management.
* Knowledge of industrial tools and applications across diverse sectors.
* Ability to manage a regional territory and travel regularly.
