Cochlear has an opportunity for a Logistics & Warehouse Assistant to join the Lane Cove team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Picking and packing orders
- Performing general warehouse duties while adhering to Quality Management Systems and WHS procedures
- Conducting cycle counts
- Kitting materials
- Maintaining inventory control

About You
To add value to Cochlear in this role, you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Previous pick‑and‑pack experience, including working with RF scanners (ideal but not essential)
- Some experience with SAP or Oracle (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work the 7:30 am - 3:30 pm shift, Monday‑Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts
