Are you highly organised, proactive, and great at getting things done. We're looking for a hands-on Personal Assistant to support the management of several residential properties and provide bookkeeping and accounts payable assistance. This is a varied, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys switching between admin, finance, and coordinating tradies and suppliers.
About the role
In this role you will support the day-to-day running of properties, organise maintenance and materials, and assist with financial administration. No two days are the same—you'll be keeping operations moving smoothly, solving problems on the fly, and helping ensure projects and payments stay on track.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, inspections, and trades
- Order building materials and manage supplier quotes and deliveries
- Process and track accounts payable, invoices, and receipts
- Assist with bookkeeping and regular reconciliations
- Maintain organised digital and physical files, records, and schedules
- Prepare simple reports, budgets, and updates as required
- Provide general administrative and personal support as needed
About you
You thrive in a dynamic role and have excellent organisation and communication skills. You enjoy dealing with trades, suppliers, and contractors and are comfortable keeping finance tasks tidy and accurate.
You will have:
- Experience in admin, property support, accounts, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- Great time-management and ability to prioritise
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Confident communication skills with suppliers and contractors
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Bonus points for
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, or accounts payable systems
- Background in real estate, construction, or procurement
- Ability to read basic job scopes or material lists
