Job Profile: Insurance Solutions Specialist
The role involves coordinating and administering insurance services to corporate superannuation clients and employers.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer insurance services to corporate superannuation clients and employers.
* Manage daily workflow to consistently meet service level agreements.
* Prepare claims packs for members and follow up on requirements.
* Lodge claims with insurers and refer to the trustee services team as needed.
* Support vulnerable clients and improve member insurance outcomes.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the superannuation industry or a similar role.
2. RG146 certification is preferred.
3. A solid understanding of superannuation processes and legislation.
4. A basic knowledge of insurance within superannuation.
