Come join the Department of Health's Workforce Security team as a Principal Advisor, Capability & Education where you will review, develop and enhance security and occupational violence prevention initiatives across Queensland Health. You will be a go-to expert in relation to a security and violence prevention education, helping us build a world-leading healthcare security program.
You'll be a seasoned professional with considerable experience in adult education, especially with frontline workers. You will have familiarity with security and violence prevention subject matter, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interpret legislation, policy and standards.
