Marketing and Digital Strategy Expertise
The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional marketing and social/digital engagement, with a strong understanding of brand consistency and its importance across all marketing touchpoints.
This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the business and external marketing agency, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and strategic alignment. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day operational marketing activities, from brief development through to implementation and review.
You will oversee brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, manage and execute digital marketing initiatives including social media content, paid social acquisition, and email marketing (eDMs). Additionally, you will support outbound marketing initiatives, including direct calls and lead engagement, while tracking marketing timelines to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
