**What do you do?**
- Carry out administrative tasks associated with managing multiple events
- Work closely with other departments and leaders to execute event requirements
- Maintain and build working professional relationships with all stakeholders and clients
- Managing up to 10 staff with shift availability, rostering and allocation
- Impeccable attention to detail across all facets of the role
- Manage a busy calendar and assist the Managing Director where needed
- Understands clients' needs and facilitating their requests how big or small
- Creating and submitting quotation based on in-bound sales enquiries
- Complete event orders and site plans according to clients' requirements
- Contracting and invoicing
- Ability to oversee the bar service and jump in when needed.
- Run the event end to end and be the on-shift supervisor
**What do you need?**
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of event management and skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload
- A reliable vehicle to get to and from work and to some possible off-site meetings
- Have had at least 2 years' experience in a fast pace events environment
- Victorian RSA
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite is a must
- Experience in the Catering, Hotel and Hospitality environment preferable
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- The ability to follow implemented procedures
- Great time management
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Must be flexible with working hours and days in line with events
- A friendly, energetic personality with an ability to build rapport easily
