Your new role
As the Sales Executive, you will be the face of businesses, residential and mixed-use developments, guiding prospective buyers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to settlement. You will play a key role in promoting company vision, values, and product offerings, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for every client.
* Represent at display suites, open homes, and community events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and referral partners.
* Provide expert advice on current and upcoming developments, including floor plans, pricing, inclusions, and timelines.
* Manage CRM records, follow-up communications, and lead nurturing activities.
* Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with project timelines and brand messaging.
* Assist clients through the sales process, including contract signing, finance coordination, and pre-settlement support.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canberra's property market, buyer trends, and competitor activity.
* Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally in off-the-plan or mixed-use developments.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to understand architectural plans and communicate design features effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
* Knowledge of ACT property regulations and buyer processes.
* Real estate licence (ACT Class 1/2) preferred but not essential
