Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert consulting services to department leaders on building high-performance culture.
* Collaborate with Senior HRBPs on organisational design and restructures, supporting new business areas and growth initiatives.
Foster engagement through impactful programmes, advising crew development and serving as an escalation point for complex employee matters. Drive policy improvements using clear communication skills and bold maturity engaging Executives.
This role is ideal for those who can navigate complex business challenges confidently. Ensure you have experience across generalist HR Advisory or Business Partnering (preferably within IT). A Bachelors degree in related field (or equivalent) along with sharp understanding of how strategy drives commercial success are musts.
