About the Role
The role of the Administration Assistant – Construction is to assist the Infinite Wealth Australia (IWA) division in providing an exceptional client experience with effective administration and management of tasks related to property purchase, construction, leasing, maintenance, and other management services.
Key responsibilities include;
Under the direction of the Operations Coordinator, enter, review, track, and provide updates related to purchasing and constructing residential property and other related property services;
Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, builders, and suppliers, to support client services administration across various construction stages, including general updates, with a focus on insurance, depreciation schedules, and building inspections;
Co-ordinate & book inspections with clients and builders;
Provide administrative assistance to the IWA team, including responding to telephone and email enquiries, scheduling meetings, event preparation, diary management, client administration and handling correspondence;
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required; and
Assist in preparation for Events. Attendance at events and workshops.
About you;
We are hoping for an applicant with previous experience within Office Administration, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to undertake multiple tasks proactively and autonomously. Able to manage multiple and competing priorities, and have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy & confidentiality. They must also have a proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
