About the opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for a CEO who wants to lead with intent and leave a visible legacy. Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Board, you will lead a team of 20 and be accountable for setting direction, lifting execution, and creating momentum across the organisation. The story of this role is transformation. Over the next 18–24 months, success will be defined by your ability to sharpen strategy, professionalise operations, strengthen go-to-market performance, and embed a culture of accountability and pace. You will partner closely with the Board to implement an agreed strategic plan, drive sustainable revenue growth, improve customer retention, and position the business for a successful future ownership transition.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to customers, people and results, and who understands how to balance ambition with discipline in a technically driven environment.
About you
You are a proven CEO or senior executive who has scaled a technology or high growth software business and knows what great execution looks like. You bring strong commercial acumen, credibility at Board level, and a track record of developing teams that deliver. You are comfortable leading change, making clear decisions, and setting expectations that lift performance without losing trust.
You know how to align teams around purpose, translate vision into action, and measure success through outcomes rather than activity. You are confident operating globally, engaging with senior customers and partners, and representing the business with clarity and conviction.
