We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
**Job Description:**
* Welcome and Assist Patients: Provide a warm and professional welcome to our patients, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
* Schedule Appointments: Efficiently manage our appointment book, scheduling appointments and managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Dental Assisting: Perform dental assisting tasks on an ad hoc basis as needed, supporting the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Certificate or Experience: Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or have at least 3 years of experience working as a Dental Receptionist.
* Excellent Communication: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, able to work effectively with patients and the dental team.
* Computer Proficiency: Have proficiency in using computer software applications, including file keeping and data entry.
