Opportunity
We have a new opportunity for aDocument Controllerto join our Energy and Utilities business.
This role involves supporting a team of document management professionals who enforce controlled processes and practices for document creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, and accessibility.
These controls govern the entire document lifecycle in alignment with Downer's Integrated Management System (the Downer Standard) and specific project requirements.
The position is full-time permanent and based out of ourMango Hilloffice with flexible and hybrid working options available.
Please note, this role will require frequent travel to other project offices/sites across Brisbane.
What we are looking for
Experienced in the use of EDMS and actively developing proficiency is highly regarded.
InEight Document (TeamBinder) configuration and system knowledge is highly regarded.
Demonstrated understanding of document control principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of document control best practices, standards, and procedures.
A can-do attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and ways of working.
